About Jasmin Bihler PT, CLT, AOT, RYT

I was born, raised and educated in Germany. I first came to Cambridge, Massachusetts as an 'au- pair' in 1986, where I happened to meet my future husband. I returned to Germany for my Physical Therapy education. After completing my training, I arranged to do my internship in the "Upper Valley" in a variety of settings. I married, had two children and have been practicing as a PT for over twenty years. I also received training as a Lymphedema Specialist at the renowned "Foeldi- Klinik" in the Black Forest of Germany. I was the co-founder of an exercise program for women with breast cancer at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and co-taught the class for seven years.

During my years of working in the Western medical system, I gradually developed an interest in "wellness." It inspired me to take a 200-hour course in "Foundations of Ayurveda" at "Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health" in the Berkshires. The course kindled my interest in pursuing more education in holistic therapies. In March 2016 I received a certificate as an "Ayurvedic Oil Therapist". I completed my yoga teacher training program with Angie Follensbee-Hall from Myriad Yoga in July 2017.

As my children spread their wings, I am excited to have the time to focus on my interest in wellness. It is my wish to help people, particularly women, learn how to nurture themselves through hands- on treatments and education.

I welcome you into my new, beautiful space.
